By the time victorious Boston marathoner Ibrahim Hussein flew over the finish line last week in 2:08:14, two other competitors had already set new world records: men's wheelchair winner Jim Knaub zipped along the route in 1:28:28, while in the women's wheelchair division, JEAN DRISCOLL came in at 1:37:50. It was Driscoll's third Boston world-record breaker. "It's gonna sound funny, but Heartbreak Hill -- I love it," says the 25-year-old wheeler of the most infamous incline in the Beantown race. "That's the place I broke away from my competition."
